Does not include any bolts or mounting hardware, only plate frame 2 tabs on backside to hold license plate - slide your plate into tab before inserting screws to ensure the plate sits inside the frame and does not scratch your vehicle

Made of ABS plastic with matte finish. High quality letter/character embossing and extends to inside of frame - may cover registration sticker(s) or state lettering - Mostly affects stickers that are on the bottom
